Aid development- the problem

When you see country's like Haiti suffering after the aftermath of the earthquakes, the first human notion is to go and help. Sending over people power to help them recover from the hell there in. But guess what, Haiti is a living hell regardless of the earthquake. The only good the earthquake did was grab the attention of the world public because before the natural disaster struck, Haiti was pretty much the same as it is now, a place where children die every hour.

Haiti is the only black republic to regain its independence from its captors. They were slaves who fought and won the French, shedding allot of blood in the process. France was chased out of Haiti, but they left a legacy there that will effect all there generations to come. They shackled them up to a massive debt that Haiti is till paying off, the overall figure is something ridiculous like 500 billion. America also has a debt to collect from Haiti and also a few cooperations have there greedy hands in there too. If France and America really gave a damn about human lives they should cancel the bill they gave Haiti.

That being said many other 3rd world countries are also suffering from this sort of debt. Most of the aid development sent to this country will get lost along the way and some aid will have strings attached, digging the debt hole even deeper. These countries don't need money, these countries need people power to help build them up becasue once the earthquake media circus subsides Haiti will still remain a hell on earth for its residents.

Plus all those countries are all corrupt and always vote a dictator into power, or the dictator Riggs the vote. What those countries need to do is get there leadership sorted out and not have there leaders spending the country's wealth and aid on themselves and there family. Down with Mugabe for a start and other ones like him.
