Strange cloud over moscow

There seems to be allot of ufo sightings in Russia, here is a another one where it shows, what looks like a jellyfish cloud over Moscow. It is possible that it could be a natural occurrence but it sorta looks fake, what do you think:

I don't know it looks sort of fake to me, it seems out of place.

Hi my name is Ray I just joined. Back in 1964( I'm middled aged) I saw clouds being wound up into a horizontal cylindrical shape high above our house. It was as if a giant invisable cylinder was slowly turning over head gathering clouds as it turned. Has anything like this been seen before?

This is the first time i have heard of it, but i have read on many different ufo forums that allot of people have experienced this sort of phenomena. Maybe its an earth process where she is some how healing herself, who knows.

It could be some sort of natural process. I have seen a tornado drop out of the clouds then whip back up again, this giant(I'm talking footfield size) invisable cylinder was nothing like that. in fact It was actually quite majestic strangely soothing-slow constant and perfectly symetrical. I'll never forget it.
That was just one of many impossible occurances I've witnessed. I hesitate to share them all because it will sound made up. But I promise none of what I'll be sharing is made up-maybe psychotic, delusional or maybe since a lot of it happened when I was three years old maybe my brain was not fully developed. In any case I've been doubting my sanity even my humanity since I was three years old. For example I remember seeing an old news reel of a Atomic explosion on TV and thinking to myself they think that's a bomb. I was a little kid, but at the time I thought the explosion was rather cute and pitiful. I'm not trying to impress simply share in the hope that there are others out there who have had similar experiences and help figure this stuff out, thanks Ray.

Mother Earth sure does allot of strange things.In regards to the video it looks fakes and out of place as laura has suggested.

Ray, I have heard of the human spirit evolving through an endless time, maybe you might have had a a past life as superior race and witnessed many things. Although this theory of the developing spirit has many holes, and i don't particularly follow it.

I tend to agree, but experience and logic seldom compliment each other. My life is full of odd even impossible things I don't understand because they make no sense. yYet they stand before me demanding my attention and acceptance.
