How to Prepare Yourself for 2012?

I am sure you must have already read more than a dozen articles on 2012 before you must have realized that the situation sounds really bad and that we need to prepare ourselves to combat this catastrophic event. With the end of world so near most of the people online are really looking for answers and ways that can help them to escape this fury of nature. The fear of 2012 has really gone global and probably every person on this earth is now looking on the internet if there is any way by which we can at least stop or delay this event. 

Hollywood directors have already made you a target and earned a good deal of business by scaring you out that when the nature goes beyond control you will be tossed up and down and finally laid to rest and so will happen with the entire world, but do you really think such a large scale event can ever happen all of a sudden. The movie claims that we were warned by the Mayans who were great mathematicians and astronomers and as per their calculations there is no December 22, 2012. Interestingly, let me tell you that so far there is not a single piece of evidence that says such a thing. Yes, the Mayan Mesoamerican Long Count Calendar does end on December 21, 2012 but they have never indicated anything about global destruction which takes the tides so high that water would slide down on the other side of Himalayas. 

So how do you prepare yourself to face such an unpredictable future? Well, the best way is to concentrate on your present rather than your future. Dean Acheson said that the best thing about future is that it comes one day at a time. Hence, we should not really worry about the bad events of 2012 because they are just stories. The best thing you can do is read the news and listen to what the people have to say and forget it because imagine of the stories are true we have very little time and of course if the world ends you have no chance of survival. So prepare yourself to strengthen your heart and to live your life to the fullest rather than listening to false stories that only make you nervous and scared. Remember that the same was said about Y2K but we are still enjoying our life, aren’t we?
