Cosmic Energy Energize Yourself

I am not talking about grabbing a bottle of luzozade or gatorade. I’m talking about energizing yourself with cosmic energy. What’s that you might ask. Cosmic energy is all around us; your made of it, plants and everything are made from it. The difference between the two energies is that one is to fuel your body to move and to help think more efficiently the other helps you feel happy, improves creative thinking and allot of other stuff like moving objects with your mind. But most use it for the positive hit.

So how can you harness this natural source? It can be absorbed through mediation when the person finds mind silence, through the top of your head where your charka is. But since everything around us is made from cosmic energy you can tap into that without mediation. All you need is the mind emptiness to a degree, so here is what you do to zap some energy your way.

As I said it can be gotten from almost everything, like for example trees and flowers. We will use a tree for this example. Find a nice one for yourself and place your two palms on it. Now you imagine and feel the energy going up your arms. This can be a bit tricky so I found a way to make it easier. Use your breathing to regulate your energy intake. For instance your standing there with your two hands touching a tree, you find emptiness in your mind, then imagine with every breath you take in you also take in energy from the tree. Feel it go up your arm. It might tinkle for some and maybe not for others. Do this for a few minutes and don’t forget to say thanks in your mind, just to keep relations between you and your subject on level terms, ok I am joking about the “thanks” part but it doesn’t hurt to be grateful since trees are alive, but that’s a different subject all together.

So you should get a nice boast of energy your way and feel happy for no reason at all. Enjoy the happiness and know its on tap whenever you might need a hit. Don’t just absorb trees; try flowers and grass and whatever else is alive. But one must remember never to abuse this by being greedy and never ever absorb your fellow human being or creature, because that’s just leeching. It’s different with plants and the like because they are rooted into mother earth and can replace the energy you borrowed from them. This is not the case with living beings; so don’t leach from a human or creature. Else you will invoke the power of karma that will manifest your leaching into something very negative personally made for you. You do something willingly negative towards another living being it will come back to you because what goes around comes around three times worse. So don’t be a parasite. Use it wisely and you will be a happy camper.
